In November 2000, the company was acquired by Virginia-based Trader Publishing Company (Trader), a joint venture of Cox Enterprises, Inc. and Landmark Communications, Inc. based in Norfolk, Virginia. Fall 2001, RoomSaver.com separated from Traveler Discount Guide and begin operation as an independent brand. Under this new arrangement, RoomSaver.com expanded its product offerings and formed marketing alliances with other print and online publications.

Fall 2002, RoomSaver.com becomes a brand of Trader Electronic Media. Our expected growth and success in the years to come is absolute.
